Three simple personal rules to change the direction of the planet:

1. Produce at home at least 40% of what you eat (plant and animal foods, cleaning products, clothing). The more you do, the more you improve your health and sense of social belonging.

2. Consume 60% of products produced in the region. The more you do, the more you improve the economy of your region and your sense of identity, responsibility and collaboration.

3. Consuming only 10% of products from other regions of the country, or where you live, or of the rest of the world. Always worth acknowledging the richness in the variety of the world, gives clarity to our own culture and promote your acceptance of the Other, and the recognition of the difference the one that give the most richness of our world that is not yours, or mine.

Some hundreds of possible benefits:

     * The reactivated regional economies across the globe.
     * Consumption would go down, significantly, of products that have exponential cost to the planet (water, oil, and many others).
     * The techniques used fertilizer and less aggressive care and land plants because the products are consumed by and soon.
     * The regions would be interested in recovering and taking care of regional resources.
     * Species habitat again and slowly recover their populations.
     * They would be dependent modes of production and sustainable.
     * The costs of balancing products: cheap near, so far expensive.
     * It would slow the migration of poor countries to rich.
     * Poor countries reactivate the work in the field.
     * Again diversify the workforce.
     * Poor countries would increase GDP.
     * Reborn craft and cultural life of the regions, enriching the whole world.

You decide, what to consume!
